Fantastic job. Had me in and out in under an hour. Bonnie was fantastic setting the service up and the techs were great answered all my questions. I’m a repeat customer!

Used Auto Glass now twice already on 2 different cars. Both times they were excellent on the price. Worked the quote with you to the exact penny. Best to make an appointment a least a day or two ahead of when u can do it. Remember calibration costs extra on newer cars but they are still reasonable. Quick 1 hr service.

I am incredibly impressed with the service I received here. I needed a windshield replacement, and from the very first call, everything was excellent. I loved that a real person answered immediately—no automated phone systems or endless waiting. The pricing was a very pleasant surprise, much better than I expected. What’s more, they were able to schedule me for the same day I called. Not only did they fit me in quickly, but they actually got the job done even earlier than promised and with great speed. I am truly grateful for such high-quality, fast, and professional service. Even if the price were higher next time, I would still choose to come back here. Highly recommended! (Though, of course, I hope no one else has to deal with a broken windshield!)

I would like to start off that The receptionist Dottie was very unprofessional. I got my windshield glass replaced on September 29, 2025 made a warranty claim on September 30, 2025 which I never got a claim number until I went to the location so they can see the claim on October 1, 2025 very unprofessional . They said they didn’t damage my vehicle and clearly I have pictures. They taped my windshield all the way up told my wife if we have any molding issues around my windshield please come back. We have a lifetime warranty, but failed to tell us that they damage our trim and our molding They scratch my paint and they said they did not do it. That wasn’t the outcome I was expecting after the technician mentioned, he been doing glass installation for over 35 years. I asked for a district manager number. They said they’re not allowed to give the number out which I know he has an office number to be reached on very, very, very very unprofessional. I called customer service very unprofessional. I went there because they did one of my vehicles over 10 years ago and I never had an issue so that’s what drove me to go back but will I referred them to anyone right now no Will I go back hell

I recently had a fantastic experience with this service! The customer service team was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and accommodating my hectic schedule with ease. The technician who worked on my car did an outstanding job—my vehicle was returned in pristine condition, and the window repair was flawless. There’s no trace of the crack; it looks as good as new! Highly recommend their services for both their professionalism and quality of work.
